Music for September ‘09

Haven’t done a song post for a while so thought I’d share some of the tracks I’ve been listening to a lot lately ^^ Mostly kpop again, cpop has been so slow and boring this year =__=

Angela Zhang – 白白的
This is a slow soft rock song which matches perfectly with Angela’s unique voice. It’s not exactly the catchy type but I’ve been listening to it non stop lately. Angela has such a pretty voice! I’m so excited about her new album, it’s been so long since she’s released an album. I’m still in love with Ang 5.0 XD

Super Junior M – Super Girl
To be honest I liked U a lot more but Super Girl is growing on me. I’ll admit it’s very catchy but they sound awkward in some parts of the song especially the first verse with Siwon. It’s like the lyrics don’t match the beat of the melody that well. I guess the chorus gets better and makes up for it. I LOVE the mv though hehehe. Jessica looks so pretty and Henry’s dance moves were AWESOME ♥

Navi – Wasteful Tears (feat. HyunA)
LOVE Navi’s voice! This song is kinda different to her previous one because this is more of a dance track but Navi still rocks it! This girl can sing any genre! Her voice is so strong and I love how she can hit those high notes. HyunA from 4minute does a little rap in Wasteful Tears as well but her rap sounds kind of strange in my opinion ^_^” Very disappointing mv though.

F(x) – Lachata
At first this song didn’t really catch my attention much. I thought it was just another typical pop/dance song but I’ve been listening to it a lot lately and it’s another one that’s growing on me. These girls are pretty good for newcomers and their performances are pretty spectacular (Y)

Taegoon – Betrayed
I’m loving Taegoon’s new mini album! All the songs are so addictive, love how he’s singing more dance songs! I didn’t really like Superstar before because there wasn’t anything special about it but betrayal is wayyy more catchier, it makes you move along with the beat! This guy is pretty underated! MUST listen if you liked Call Me!

4minute – What a girl wants
Surprisingly 4minute’s mini album has been really fun to listen to. I didn’t really have high expectations for it because I thought they were just another typical girl group that decided to join the girl group trend this year but I’m loving the majority of the songs in their album For Muzik. What a girl wants is my favourite though^^ It has a bit of an rnb feel to it and you find yourself singing along with the girls a lot XD
On a side note, their managers or whoever chose a really disappointing debut song for them ^_^” There are so many better songs compared with Hot Issue.

Super Junior M 迷 (Me) Album folder

For those that are interested.

To be honest, I don’t find the folder that interesting. I guess I’m just not a fan of cds coming with folders because you can’t really use it. Well, you can but I wouldn’t because I’d wreck it if I used it xP So I’ll just continue waiting for the repackaged album and hope that it comes with a DVD full of sexy mvs.

Super Junior M on Strictly Come Dancing

SUPER JUNIOR M were on Strictly Come Dancing last night. We have the Hunan channel at home and it felt so good to watch SJM on TV instead of killing my eyes watching them on youtube. They weren’t on there for very long though. Only like 20 minutes but they were looking bloody HOT.

I’ll post the video later when youtube starts working but here’s some brief highlights of the show:

• Henry’s violin performance!!! OK, I’ve already seen it before on another show but it was still awesome. Even my mum said he has skill, like not many people can dance and play violin at the same time!
• Dong Hae and Hangeng dances to Chris Brown’s Run it. OMG. HOT DANCE!! It’s like a dance battle and I wanted to scream when I saw it but I couldnt’t because my mum was right next to me.
• THEY CHANGED OUTFITS…finally! These outfits are quite nice too xD
• Henwook love hehe. Ryeowook gives henry a hug after the performance^^ I swear wook loves being the big brother for once =D
• I heard people cheering for Zhou Mi. I was so happy, they were cheering pretty loudly too because I’m normally deaf when it comes to listening to people cheer/boo.
• I should mention the intro video. That was really cool. They made them all look really hot and bad boyish. During the end of the intro Hangeng throws a lighter or match or something on the floor and the fire turned out to be the letters SJM.

I don’t have time to post pics but I will next time.

越策越开心 episode 2 with SJM

In the last part I didn’t talk about this skit Hae and Kyu did but it was really cute because they were learning/speaking chang sa and Hae had to say something about bad kids than Kyu had to reply with what and Hae would go where you going than Kyu had to say going to work. Anyways, they did it and it was funny because chang sa sounds funny and they say it with the biggest accents.

OK, now SiWon had to do it with wook in this part, they fully warmed up and were getting into their roles lol. They had the facials and everything. Siwon goes first so he says the bad kids thing and so on. When we get to the work part Wook looks at the audience and says it in this cute tone and it was so adorable! He’s such a little kid.

Now there’s the typical question game where the host asks a question and they write their answer on paper. It was funny cos they kept saying Siwon talked a lot which is so true lol. There’s a few but I just wanted to mention Hae’s random comment lol. The question was “WHo likes to cry the most” and the host goes Dong Hae I heard you like to cry and than DOng Hae just randomly goes “Your eyes are very handsome” LOL that was totally irrelevant. I think they just say whatever chinese they know lmao.

Part 2

Continuing on with the who likes to cry question. They all voted Wookie LOL. And it was really cute because wook said its embarassing cos he gets touched easily so cries a lot. “When Henry was performing earlier on I almost cried” Han supported him by going “Its true, he had his hand on my shoulder and said ‘he’s so handsome, i want to cry’” Aww he’s so cute!

Next question, who likes to whine most? Most said Zhou Mi and then SiWon even acted out what zhou mi does lol. But then Mi chooses DONG HAE LOL. He acts out what Dong Hae did at a restaurant once (they were all meant to order one dish each and Hae wanted to order 2) and it was so funny! I’m loving mi more and more too. Than the camera points out this facial Henry makes behind DOng Hae which was cute. Henry always does these random little cute things. In comes Siwon again and adds his little comments in.

Who likes to look at pretty girls most? This was funny because everyone chose Han lol. SiWon even acted it out with Hae being the girl LOL. It was hilarious. You have to watch it to understand.

Part 3

Wookie sings Kiss Goodbye again <3 I love hearing him sing it, I love Mi even more for introducing him to Leehom! Wookie should sing Wei Yi, I hope Mi showed him that song because that song has heaps of high notes which are perfect for wook’s voice. Mi sings Forever Love afterwards, his voice is so strong! I love his voice, he does the high notes good too. Henry’s turn to perform. He sings with Hae and siwon this 2 tigers song lol. It’s a kids song…quite popular melody but I can’t think of the english version of it. Actually I think the one I know is a cantonese version.

Part 4

Han sings this popular mandarin song called 我愿意 to represent his feelings towards the fans and it was really touching because the lyrics are really nice. A lot of the fans were crying and I think even Han was teary. Than they just talk about stuff like the olympics and yeah thats the end of the show.

After watching this you find out how close the boys are and they know each other quite well. I just hope EVERYONE will start to accept Zhou Mi and Henry. You can tell Hangeng is so happy to be promoting in China. One more thing: Their chinese writing is so GOOD!! Better than mine and I’m meant to be chinese! I’m amazed at how neat it is and how they can write each other’s names. Besides Henry though lol. Henry is like me, we both can’t write chinese and aren’t good at mandarin and are better at english ^^

Watching this show at the moment. Yeah, I’m slow =P The start saddened me. SJM were performing U and during the first bit Siwon comes in first. There’s really loud screams everywhere (annoying because I hate it when fans scream when people are performing). Hangeng’s turn to do his little thing, loud screams again (hurts my ears). KyuHyun’s turn, no scream, Ryeowook, no scream. That’s really mean. I know it shouldn’t be a big deal but think about how the other members feel. There was a really big difference. Poor guys.

Then towards the end of part one the fans starting screaming “Hangeng! Hangeng!” and he goes “I missed you guys to death” so cute. Then fans started screaming “Chi Yuan!(Siwon)” (i’m really bad at pinyin lol) and Siwon goes “Do you guys missed me?” It was so cute. Anyways, my point was going to be, why did only their names get screamed out? The only reason I can think of is all the SiWon and Hangeng fans bought the tickets for this show lol. Feel bad for the other boys :[ This is only the start though, my oppinions will probably change throughout the show because I’m watching bits and then writing in here xP

The members have just introduced themselves by doing a little dance and then saying something in chinese. Han was the last one so he went and tagged one of the hosts. Than the hosts did an intro. While the second host was doing this dorky little monkey kind of dance I spotted wookie copying him LOL it was so cute. I wonder if its possible to cap…its only like 2 seconds though starting at 7.24. I’ll have to try and make a gif.

Part 2

This part was mainly just asking questions but there was a funny bit. The Host taught Henry something in ”Chang Sha” (A type of chinese) and it was “So many little sisters” and he said it then Dong Hae goes “I can do it too” and he says “Big brother” but because the pronounciation is similar it sounded like Mango. Oh and I remembered something else, when the host asked wookie why he decided to change (his hair changed) wook replied “I’m very handsome” it was so random lol.

Part 3

Hae does this dance to My Love by Justin Timberlake and it was so good!! OMGGGGGGGG Henry performs next and he does this amazing violin performance whilst dancing. OMG it was AWESOME. GOdd he dances so good for a newcomer and he’s so smooth. He’s also quite flexible because he like plays violin and leans back until his back touches the floor with his legs bent and then stands up again. It’s hard to describe but it was FANTASTIC. Loving Henry more and more! I can’t get over that! WOW….I want to scream but I can’t cos than my mum will find out I’m not studying. *pain* Aww towards the end Han sits down on the chair and Zhou mi sits on his lap than kyu decides to sit on zhou mi and they all sit on top of each other. The cutest bit was Henry siting on wook’s lap and than wook hugs him as if he was a little kid lol. It was so cute. I love HenWook.

You know what the best bit is? Hae and Henry CHANGE outfits when they do their little performance. I’ve been waiting for an outfit change for so long!!! But then they change back <_<

Part 4

They all had to say something in mandarin (besides Han and Mi of course) and it was quite amusing. Especially wook because he was asked to say what the time would be in 5 minutes and wook goes “11th month”, people start laughing and the host thought he said “11 year” so han whispers something in his ear to tell him what he said and he starts laughing.

Ok…time for part 2 of 越策越开心…I’ll start a new post, this one’s too long

HENRY!!! (Aka. Mochiiii)

I missed my little mochi while I was busy studying!! I managed to download SJM’s album though. I love Henry’s little rap bits like in Marry U when he sings the first bit and in This Moment when he says the english bits. So this post is dedicated to little Mochi :]
