Welcome back Taeyang!

Taeyang is going to have his comeback very very soon and I am VERY VERY excited! Today YG released his new song, “Where U At” and the music video for it and I’m loving both!

The music video wasn’t anything too flashy, it was basically just Taeyang dancing to the song but gosh I love his moves! He’s very smooth and a very charismatic dancer. The song has a big rnb feel to it which matches Taeyang’s style which is also why I love this guy so much, he smashes those rnb songs with his soulful voice!

At the end of the MV they play a tiny segment from his next song Wedding Dress and omg I am in LOVE already. It was a sad piano melody which kind of reminded me of Big Bang’s Stay. I’m so freaking excited about the release of Taeyang’s new album now, the anticipation is killing me!

Chuseok 2009

Bit delayed once again but thought I’d post these because they were really fun to watch :D Mainly SNSD cuts because…yeah I’m biased ^^;

First up is…

SBS Idol Big Show ^^

SNSD - Part 1 || Part 2
These are subbed btw. I love the practice video! Spazzed so badly when I first watched it without the subs because they remind me of GGTS days hehe. The girls have like forgotten the ITNW dance XD Jessica like bosses everyone around even though she’s forgotten the dance too haha she’s such a crack up these days. Taeyeon being all excited about her part and then screaming it out was like the highlight for me…she really enjoyed singing out of tune XD Also loved Yuri’s randomness!

The actual performance was really cool too. Their hoodies remind me of GG. What I liked about this is the fact that they sang LIVE…it was the first time I’ve heard SNSD sing ITNW live…they were awesome!

Lastly, the little dance performance by Sooyoung, Hyoyeon and Yuri made me spazz like crazy as well! These three all have different styles but they blended well together with the music. Yuri’s facial expressions are always so seductive bet all the guys loved it ;)

On a side note, GD looks so hot…I’m going to have to watch his performances!! Shallow much? *shifty eyes*

Big Bang & 2NE1 – Last Farewell
I miss Big Bang so much! Hope Daesung gets well soon because it’s just not the same without his happy smiley face! Last Farewell is like my all time favourite Big Bang song so I was so happy when they performed this! They’re looking great esp. GD and Taeyang hehe. Big Bang has this amazing stage presence, they’re really good at getting the audience all hyped up! I swear they made their appearance feel like we were at a Big Bang concert or something :D 2NE1’s performance of Last Farewell at the start was good too but they kind of got overshadowed by BB…

BIG BANG (Japanese Album)

 

I’ve been listening to Big Bang’s new Japanese album all night and I’m really loving the songs on there. Definitely liking it more than G Dragon’s album not that it wasn’t good but I’m pretty Daesung/Taeyang biased when it comes to BB songs. Their parts are always my favourite ♥ The songs are pretty typical Big Bang style songs and most of them have been released already…I think there’s 4 songs in there that have never been heard?

Well here are my thoughts/comments on the songs (:  I tried to be as objective as I could but there are limits to that XD

Just a few songs to listen to ;)

I’m going to give some song recommendations just cos I feel like it :P Give them a try if you’re bored or feel like updating your iPod and if you’ve already listened to them then why not give your oppinion on them (: These are not necessarily new but I’ve just been addicted to them for months <3 Some are quite recent though…

#1. 冷戰 – 楊丞琳
I got hold of Rainie’s album as soon as it came out but I didn’t really listen to it because I’ve only ever liked one of her songs. Then one day I was lying in bed watching TV during my holiday in HK (Yes I spent many of my hours in HK lying in bed watching TV :P ) and her music video for this song came on. Anyways, the tune instantly caught my attention and I found myself repeating it over and over again. The lyrics are average, like nothing outstanding but I love pop rock so I guess that was what got me into it.

#2. 寂寞暴走  – 飛輪海
Again, I got fahrenheit’s album while I was in HK but I never really listened to it because I didn’t have time to listen to it and I kinda lost interest. But I decided to listen to it when I got back to Aus and got really addicted to this song. I’d say its also a bit of a pop rock tune but a slower one. Nevertheless, its such a beautiful song <3

#3. Gee – SNSD
I’m not usually a big fan of SNSD but Gee is wayy too catchy XD Listen if you liked Tell Me/Nobody by Wonder Girls ;)

#4. Lollypop – Big Bang
Yes, I love my catchy songs XD Lolly lolly lollypop…just go listen to it if you haven’t already ;) Same as above, listen if you liked Tell Me/Nobody (:

#5. 體驗 – F4 (aka. JKTV)
I can’t remember if I talked about this in the WTSYA post but I absolutely LOVE this song. I guess it probably wouldn’t be as good if you haven’t watched the drama but I highly recommend watching WTSYA and then listening to this ;) The lyrics really match the plot and its got a very soothing melody with quite alright vocals by the four guys ^^

That’s about it. I could go on and on but I think 5 songs is enough for today (:

Why are you guys so freakin awesome?

I am in LOVE with BigBang’s second full album “Remember”.

The tracks are so addictive and full of big bang flavour. These guys NEVER fail!

This is their new mv for their title track “Sunset Glow”

HOW CUTE IS IT??? It’s so happy and jumpy and energetic. ILY BIGBANG!! After the emo mv comes the cheerful and bright Sunset Glow :D You can’t not feel happy when you watch this. Just look at DaeSung, he does not fail at making people smile xD Just watch the seafood bit hehe.

So many people (cough girls cough) on that bus!!! Lucky people get to party with BigBang!
